Ingredients:
-1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
-1 cup plain yogurt
-1 tbsp ginger paste
-1 tbsp garlic paste
-2 tsp garam masala powder
-1 tsp red chili powder
-1 tsp turmeric powder
-1 tsp cumin powder
-1 tsp coriander powder
-1 cup tomato puree
-1 cup heavy cream
-1/2 cup butter
-Salt to taste
-1 tsp sugar
-Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the chicken breast to the marinade and mix until the chicken is well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
In the same pan, add tomato puree and sugar. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the cooked chicken and heavy cream to the pan. Stir until well combined. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with rice or naan bread.
